We met this young lady through the Perry County Farmer's Market a few years ago and she was a supporter immediately and we love her spunky energy & dedication to her community and local foods.
"Just chop your greens, saute a little onion and garlic in butte or olive oil, add the greens and toss until barley wilted, then pour in just enough heavy cream to coat them. Cook until the greens are as tender as you want them (I like them with a little bit) and then EAT. THEM. UP!!"
